At the center of the Jesolo Lido Design District, this small bar doubles as an extended social space for the community. Patrons from any of the adjacent developments can utilize this bar which opens at both ends and connects a community garden to a small urban piazza on either end. The simple design concept revolved around creating a zone of contrast between a private and public zone within the small space—blackened concrete and one-way dichroic black glass define the more intimate seating area, back of house areas, and the wardrobe/bathroom. White concrete and stainless steel demarcate the public seating areas and connections to the outside. Tho the Piazza an exterior bar extends conceptually from inside to out, elongating the public seating area and connecting to and through the interior of the space.
